Welcome to ZARTTEX. Our platform aims to simplify online selling and help sellers and vendors showcase their products, reach customers, and manage sales orders through an organized digital environment.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before applying to join or using the platform as a Seller or Vendor.

1. Introduction to the Platform

ZARTTEX provides an online platform that helps sellers list products, receive customer orders, and manage sales transactions through the features and policies available on the platform.

Using ZARTTEX does not mean that ZARTTEX is the actual seller of the products or that it directly handles shipping and delivery. Sellers remain responsible for their obligations as described in these Terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Registration and Account Approval

1. Sellers must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

2. All applications are subject to review and approval by the ZARTTEX administration before the selling account is activated.

3. Submitting an application does not guarantee automatic approval.

4. ZARTTEX may request additional documents or information to verify the seller's identity or business activities.

5. Sellers must keep their login credentials confidential and must not share them with unauthorized individuals.

6. Sellers are responsible for activities conducted through their accounts, subject to applicable protections and procedures for reported unauthorized access.

7. Sellers must promptly notify ZARTTEX if they discover unauthorized access to their accounts.

3. Seller Eligibility and Legal Compliance

1. Sellers must be legally eligible to conduct their selling activities.

2. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the markets where they operate.

3. Sellers are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, or authorizations required to sell their products.

4. Sellers must provide accurate business information, contact details, and addresses.

5. The platform must not be used for fraudulent, illegal, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited activities.

4. Product Listings

1. Sellers must provide accurate and complete information about all listed products.

2. Product images, descriptions, and specifications must accurately represent the actual products.

3. Sellers are responsible for setting and maintaining accurate product prices.

4. Important product characteristics, restrictions, and conditions must be clearly disclosed before a sale is completed.

5. Sellers must not list counterfeit, stolen, legally prohibited, or intellectual-property-infringing products.

6. Misleading information and unsupported product claims are prohibited.

7. ZARTTEX may review or remove products that violate platform policies or applicable laws.

5. Pricing and Discounts

1. Sellers are responsible for setting and reviewing their product prices.

2. Displayed prices must be clear and must not mislead customers.

3. Shipping costs and additional charges must be disclosed before the customer confirms an order.

4. Sellers must honor confirmed order prices in accordance with applicable platform policies and laws.

5. Discounts and promotional offers must be genuine and legally compliant.

6. Sellers must not unilaterally change the price of a confirmed order without the customer's agreement, subject to applicable policies and laws.

6. Order Management and Fulfillment

1. Sellers must regularly monitor incoming orders through their platform accounts.

2. Sellers must verify product availability before accepting or confirming orders.

3. Sellers must prepare orders promptly and inform customers of significant expected delays.

4. If a product becomes unavailable, the seller must notify the customer and follow the platform's applicable procedures.

5. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that shipped products match the order in type, quantity, and specifications.

6. Sellers must not mark orders as delivered or completed unless delivery or completion has actually occurred.

7. Sellers must cooperate in resolving canceled, delayed, disputed, or otherwise problematic orders.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Sellers are responsible for shipping and delivering their products to customers, either directly or through a shipping company of their choice. ZARTTEX does not directly provide delivery services unless expressly agreed otherwise.

1. Sellers must arrange delivery themselves or use a shipping company with which they have established a shipping arrangement.

2. Sellers are responsible for coordinating with their shipping providers and tracking shipments until delivery.

3. Products must be properly packaged to protect them during transportation.

4. Sellers must disclose shipping costs and estimated delivery times before customers confirm their orders.

5. Sellers must ensure that shipping information, including delivery addresses and necessary contact details, is accurate.

6. Sellers are responsible for following up on delayed, lost, or damaged shipments and working with their shipping providers to resolve such issues in accordance with applicable agreements and policies.

7. Sellers must notify customers of significant delivery delays and take reasonable steps to resolve them.

8. Sellers should retain shipping and delivery evidence when available to help resolve complaints and disputes.

9. Sellers must comply with applicable shipping, packaging, and transportation requirements, including any special requirements for restricted or sensitive products.

10. Sellers must not provide false shipment updates or confirm delivery before the order has actually been delivered.

11. ZARTTEX is not responsible for directly carrying out deliveries or managing shipping companies on behalf of sellers. This does not release sellers from their obligations to customers or any liability imposed by law.

12. If ZARTTEX introduces optional shipping services or special delivery arrangements in the future, those services will be governed by separate terms communicated to sellers before use.

8. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

1. Sellers must comply with the platform's applicable cancellation, return, and exchange policies, as well as customers' rights under applicable law.

2. Cancellation and return requests must be handled according to the order status, nature of the request, and applicable legal requirements.

3. Sellers are responsible for addressing cases involving incorrect, defective, or materially misrepresented products in accordance with applicable policies and laws.

4. Return and exchange conditions must be communicated clearly to customers before purchase.

5. Sellers must not deny legally protected customer rights or impose conditions that violate applicable laws.

6. Responsibility for return shipping costs will be determined according to the reason for the return, applicable policies, and relevant law.

7. Sellers must cooperate with ZARTTEX in resolving order-related complaints and disputes.

9. Payments, Fees, and Seller Payouts

1. Sellers must provide accurate payment and payout information when required.

2. Payment collection and seller payout arrangements are subject to the procedures and options supported by the platform.

3. Any applicable platform commissions or service fees must be disclosed to sellers before they are applied.

4. Sellers are responsible for fees they have expressly agreed to pay or that are legally required.

5. Payment discrepancies and financial disputes must be reported through the platform's designated support channels.

6. Sellers must not submit misleading financial information or use the platform for fraudulent transactions.

7. If ZARTTEX does not directly collect or transfer payments, payment arrangements must be managed between the seller, customer, or relevant payment service provider in accordance with the agreed arrangements and applicable law.

10. Seller Responsibilities Toward Customers

1. Sellers are responsible for product quality, safety, and conformity with the descriptions and specifications provided.

2. Sellers are responsible for legal obligations associated with the products they sell.

3. Sellers must provide clear and accurate information about products, prices, and shipping.

4. Sellers must communicate professionally with customers and respond to inquiries and complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Customer information must only be used for order fulfillment, customer service, or other legally permitted purposes.

6. Sellers must protect personal information and must not disclose it to unauthorized parties.

7. Approval of a seller account or product by ZARTTEX does not exempt the seller from their legal responsibilities.

11. Prohibited Activities

Sellers must not:

• Submit false information or forged documents.

• Create fake orders or manipulate sales figures, ratings, or reviews.

• Publish unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.

• Attempt unauthorized access to user accounts or platform systems.

• Exploit platform vulnerabilities or disrupt platform services.

• Misuse customer information or send unauthorized communications.

• Use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or other legally prohibited activities.

12. Intellectual Property

1. ZARTTEX trademarks, logos, designs, software, and other proprietary materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.

2. Sellers must not use ZARTTEX branding or marketing materials in a way that falsely suggests an authorization or affiliation that has not been granted.

3. Sellers represent that they have the necessary rights to use the product images, descriptions, and other materials they upload.

4. Sellers grant ZARTTEX permission to use their submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, display products, and promote those products within the scope of the services, subject to any separate agreement and applicable privacy policies.

13. Account Suspension or Termination

ZARTTEX may take appropriate action in response to violations, subject to applicable laws and these Terms, including:

1. Requesting corrections to information or removal of prohibited content.

2. Temporarily suspending a product listing or order while information is reviewed.

3. Temporarily restricting an account where security risks or suspected violations require investigation.

4. Terminating a seller account in cases of serious or repeated violations.

5. Cooperating with relevant authorities when legally required.

Sellers may request account closure through the platform's designated procedures. Outstanding orders, financial obligations, and legally required data-retention requirements must be addressed as applicable.

14. Platform Liability

1. ZARTTEX provides its services according to the features available and the published terms of use.

2. ZARTTEX does not guarantee any particular sales volume, profit, or number of customers.

3. ZARTTEX does not directly deliver orders under these Terms.

4. ZARTTEX is not responsible for the actions of shipping companies contracted by sellers, except to the extent required by law or a separate agreement.

5. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

1. Sellers must handle customer information confidentially and securely.

2. Customer information may be used only as necessary for order fulfillment, delivery, after-sales service, and other legitimate purposes.

3. Sellers must not sell, disclose, or use customer information for unauthorized purposes.

4. Sellers must implement appropriate measures to protect login credentials, order information, and customer data.

5. ZARTTEX's processing of personal information is governed by the platform's published Privacy Policy.

16. Amendments to These Terms

ZARTTEX reserves the right to update these Terms when necessary to improve its services or comply with legal and regulatory changes.

Material amendments will be announced or communicated to sellers through the platform's designated procedures. The effective date of each amendment will be specified when published or communicated, subject to applicable legal requirements.

17. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

1. Sellers may contact ZARTTEX through its designated support channels to resolve account, order, or platform-related issues.

2. Sellers must cooperate in good faith to resolve disputes involving orders, shipping, or products.

3. The parties will seek an amicable resolution wherever reasonably possible.

4. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant jurisdiction.

18. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction designated by ZARTTEX in its finalized version, subject to mandatory consumer protection, e-commerce, and data protection laws.

19. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a seller account, submitting an application, or using ZARTTEX selling services, the seller acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

The seller specifically acknowledges that they:

• Are responsible for the accuracy of their information and product listings.

• Are responsible for preparing, shipping, and delivering orders to customers directly or through a shipping company they engage.

• Must disclose shipping costs and estimated delivery times to customers.

• Must comply with applicable cancellation, return, and exchange policies and laws.

• Must comply with platform policies concerning payments, privacy, and acceptable use.
